Our mattresses are proudly Australian made using quality materials and proven local manufacturing. This allows for reliable workmanship, consistent quality control and products designed for Australian conditions.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All of our mattresses are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Unless specified otherwise, mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty. This warranty is provided by the relevant manufacturer and applies in accordance with the terms set out for that product. A warranty card will be supplied with your mattress and will outline the applicable warranty period, coverage and claim process.

What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal residential use. Full details of warranty coverage, terms, conditions and exclusions are set out in the warranty card supplied with your mattress and, in most cases, on the manufacturer’s website.

Warranty Registration
Your warranty card will include the relevant registration details and instructions. In most cases, registration can be completed directly on the manufacturer’s website. Please retain your proof of purchase and warranty documentation for future reference.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please refer to our Return Policy.
